We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff who provided shuttle services and tried to solve any inquiries. The hotel was self-contained, had a souvenir shop, and was convenient for transportation and had a good location. The room was a good size and had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were great, including the multiple onsens with different water temperatures and an outdoor pool. The breakfast was also a good option.

i greatly enjoyed the free parking that was on site. location, walking distance to all attractions.

The service was excellent, and our room had beautiful Japanese decor, making our experience unforgettable, it was also conveniently located close to a bus stop.

Located in a quaint town in Japan, the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel offered a relaxing Onsen experience which was the highlight of our stay. Surrounded by serene mountains, it was a perfect getaway from the bustle of city life.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the ongoing renovation work which started early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. The lack of WiFi in the room also made it difficult to plan our activities.
